Streamline your patients' access to the CSL Behring Assurance program by providing documentation annually (every 12 months from their enrollment date) confirming their monthly use of an eligible prescription CSL Behring therapy.*

If this documentation is not provided, your patients may lose their eligibility in the program. There are some situations, however, in which their benefits will NOT be affected even if they stop using the product:

  • The product is not available due to circumstances solely under CSL Behring's control
  • You instruct them to discontinue use of that product temporarily, for medical reasons
  • You switch them to a different CSL Behring therapy

*If you have written a prescription for Berinert®, C1 Esterase Inhibitor, Human, which might not be used every month, you must provide verification that you are receiving ongoing medical care for hereditary angioedema (HAE), regardless of the number of prescription refills in a year, and confirm that you have a current prescription for Berinert in order to receive Assurance points for the prior 12-month enrollment period.
